| Hello Mark, long time no contact since you let me have the quotation for the works on my Mothers' property, 199 Liverpool Road. I wanted to offer you an update, hopefully to your advantage. My Mother actually has now sold the property, and the buyers are aware of your quotation, they may have been in contact with you, I am not sure? My Mother moves out next Friday, 25th April, accordingly the new owners will be living at 199 Liverpool Road thereafter, and I thought you should know, so if you choose to do so then you can contact/visit them to introduce yourself, I am fairly certain there will also be a large amount of general refurbishment work to be undertaken as well. Hopefully this info is of use to you, so with my thanks for your time in doing the quotation for us, I hope 199 brings more work for you, in a positive sense !
